| Course Objectives: To provide participants with the knowledge necessary to apply the concepts presented in their practice and patient care activities.” This presentation will:
1. Identify the variety of patient presentations and common misdiagnoses.
2. Discuss the complications resulting from a delay in diagnosis.
3. Identify how serology helps identify potential patients and what are the limitations.
4. Discuss the “Gold Standard” for diagnosis.
